摘  要:通过对SPCD材质电视悬挂支架五金件进行工艺分析,确定了产品双排排样、拉伸工序,模内攻牙结构、整形、侧面修边等工序、设计了连续拉伸和模内攻牙技术相结合的连续模,实现了传统悬挂类支架零件的自动化生产要求,解决了带有深螺纹孔五金零件生产过程中冲压成型和螺纹加工分离的现状。模具经过试冲,结果表明,设计的工艺方案和模具结构合理,产品尺寸精度符合图纸要求,可满足大批量生产的要求。Through the process analysis of SPCD material TV suspension bracket hardware, the double-row layout and drawing process of the product,the process of tapping structure,shaping and side trimming in the die,and the continuous die which combines continuous drawing with tapping technology in the die were determined. The automatic production requirement of traditional suspension bracket parts was realized,and the production process of hardware parts with deep threaded holes was solved. The present situation of separation of stamping and thread processing. The die has been tested and punched. The results show that the design process and die structure are reasonable. The dimensional accuracy of the product meets the requirements of the drawings and can meet the requirements of mass production.
