摘 要:为促进煤矿风机节能增效,设计以PLC为基础的煤矿风机自动控制系统,介绍该自动控制系统的设计要求与基本工作原理,并对系统的硬件部分及软件部分进行了详细设计,以期通过应用煤矿风机自动控制系统能科学、合理地控制煤矿风机,在保障矿井安全生产的前提下,有效降低矿井通风成本,提高企业经济效益。In order to promote the energy saving and efficiency improvement of coal mine fans,the author designed a PLC-based automatic control system for coal mine fans,introduced the design requirements and basic working principles of the automatic control system,and detailed the hardware and software parts of the system. The design is to scientifically and reasonably control the coal mine fan through the application of the coal mine fan automatic control system. Under the premise of ensuring the mine safety production,the mine ventilation cost is effectively reduced and the economic benefit of the enterprise is improved.
