摘  要:为提高掘进机电控系统运行的安全性、可靠性,设计了一种以PLC自动控制为基础的掘进机电控系统,介绍该系统的整体结构,并详细设计了其硬件部分与软件部分,实际应用结果表明,该基于PLC的电控系统,可实现连续稳定运行,能很好的满足掘进机运行需求,值得推广与应用。In order to improve the safety and reliability of the operation of the tunneling electrical control system, a tunneling electrical control system based on PLC automatic control was designed.Overall structure of the system was introduced. And its hardware part in detail was designed. With the software part, the actual application results showed that the PLC-based electronic control system can achieve continuous and stable operation,which can meet the running requirements of the roadheader well, and is worthy of promotion and application.
