摘　　要：为提高矿井防爆车辆车载发电机现存不足,设计一种车载防爆电激磁发电机,具体介绍了该种发电机怎样进行防爆与散热,并对该种发电机的内部结构与一体化整流调节器进行了设计,经试验验证表明,该种发电机不仅散热性更好,更防爆,而且功率更高,能输出更稳定的电压,可很好的满足矿井车载需求。In order to improve the existing shortage of on-board generators for mine explosion-proof vehicles.A vehicle-mounted explosion-proof electric excitation generator was designed. How to perform explosion-proof and heat dissipation, the internal structure and integration of the generator were specifically described. The rectifier regulator has been designed and verified by experiments. This kind of generator not only has better heat dissipation, but also has more explosion-proof, higher power, and can output more stable voltage, which can meet the needs of mine vehicles.
