摘  要:为提高矿井提升机的调速性与运行可靠性,以PLC与变频器为基础,设计了一种提升机变频调速控制系统。介绍了其调速原理,控制系统结构以及PLC控制系统,设计了其具体控制算法,经实际应用,人们发现该控制系统不仅故障率低,而且可节约大量的能源,该控制系统值得推广与应用。In order to improve the speed regulation and operation reliability of mine hoist, a hoist variable frequency speed control system based on PLC and frequency converter was designed. The speed control principle, control system structure and PLC control system were introduced, and its specific control algorithm was designed. After practical application, people find that the control system not only has low failure rate, but also can save a lot of energy. The control system is worthy of promotion and application.
