摘　　要：港口起重机械,是现代化港口进行岸船装卸、仓储理货、物流搬运等作业必不可少的特种设备。在港口起重作业中,稳钩操作是港口起重机司机必须掌握的重要技能,稳钩操作的水平高低及熟练程度,直接影响到起重作业的生产安全、工作质量及工作效率。本文从稳钩操作的定义、操作原理、操作要领等方面,对港口起重机械的稳钩技术做了详细说明和深入总结,希望对港口起重机司机操作技能的提升,产生有益的帮助。Port mobile machinery is an essential mobile equipment for modern ports to carry on loading and unloading,handling,storage and other operations.In port mobile machinery,engine flameout failure is the most common and frequent one.Based on the principle of port mobile machinery engine,the main structure,the analysis and diagnosis steps of the flameout failure,this paper gives a detailed description and a thorough summary on the maintenance of engine flameout failure of port mobile machinery engine.It is hoped that it will be beneficial to the development of mechanical maintenance work and the improvement of equipment maintenance personnel technology.
