摘  要:以某型航空发动机双半内圈球轴承为试验对象,通过将钢球更换为陶瓷球并开展性能试验,对比混合陶瓷球轴承与钢制轴承外圈温度。试验结果表明:混合陶瓷球轴承比全钢制轴承具有更好的抗断油能力,同时在承载能力试验中,混合陶瓷球轴承外圈温度也低于钢制球轴承。Taking the two-piece inner ball bearing of a certain type of aero-engine as the test object the temperature of the outer ring of hybrid ceramic ball bearing and steel bearing was compared by replacing steel ball with ceramic,and conducting performance test.The test results show that the hybrid ceramic ball bearing has better ability of oil breaking resistance than steel bearing,and the outer ring temperature of the hybrid ceramic ball bearing is lower than that of steel bearing in the bearing capacity test.
