摘 要:以63t+32/5t、30m双梁门式起重机为研究对象,根据双梁门式起重机的结构特点及尺寸参数,利用ANSYSWorkbench中DM建模,并进行有限元分析。在两小车位于主梁跨中和端部工况下,对整机进行静力学分析,得出相应的位移变形云图、等效应力云图。结果表明,该门式起重机结构的静强度、静刚度均满足起重机设计规范要求,且主梁跨中刚度还有较大优化空间,为后续主梁的优化提供理论基础。The paper takes 30m double-girder gantry cranes weighing 63t and 32/5t as research objects,according to the structural characteristics and dimension parameters of double-girder gantry cranes,DM modeling in ANSYS Workbench was used for finite element analysis.Under the working condition that the two trolleys are located in the span and end of the main beam,the static analysis of the whole machine is carried out,and the corresponding displacement deformation cloud diagram,equivalent stress cloud diagram are obtained.The results show that the static strength and stiffness of the gantry crane structure meet the requirements of the crane design specification,and there is still a large space for the optimization of the mid-span stiffness of the main girder,which provides a reference for structural optimization of the main girder.
