摘  要:近年来,由于工作产生过热而引发设备故障的现象,已经成为我国高压配电柜行业面临的主要技术问题。本文从改进KYN28型配电柜结构方面来分析如何解决配电柜温升控制问题,设计并制造了样柜,通过温升试验对比改进前后数据,验证改进方案是有效、合理的,并成功运用于企业实践。KYN28-12 type air-insulated metal-clad indoor switchgear is the main equipment in the metal-clad high voltage distribution cabinet Market in China.Because of the increment of the electrical power,overheating fault during the use of large capacity switching equipment is increasing prominent.It will be a technical problem to be solved urgently in high voltage distribution cabinet industry.This paper discusses how to control the temperature rising of the highvoltage distribution cabinet from the aspects of the improvement ofthe mechanical structure..We had designed and manufactureda sample cabinet.Comparing of the data before and after improvement by temperature rising test,we verified that the improved scheme is effective and reasonable,and it has been successfully applied in enterprise practice.
