摘　　要：传统问题解决方法没有考虑顾客需求以及过程的效率和稳健性。将六西格玛设计的需求定义和目标设定模块与红X方法问题排查方法相结合,对某车型怠速抖动问题进行了分析。通过研究,使问题得到低成本、高稳健性的解决,为问题解决提供了一套新思路。Traditional troubleshooting method does not consider the customer needs,efficiency and robustness.Combined the requirements definition and target setting module of DFSS with troubleshooting method of RED X,to solved one idle vibration problem.Through the research,to get the solution of the low cost and high robustness,provided a new way for problem solving.
