摘　　要：针对造船龙门起重机大车平衡梁结构裂纹的产生原因进行分析,并根据分析结果,改造大车平衡梁局部结构,制定相应的维修措施。已成功应用在工程实践中,并完成对600t造船龙门起重机大车平衡梁的维修,收到良好的效果。This paper analyzes the causes of structural cracks in the crane balance beam of shipbuilding gantry crane,and according to the analysis results,modifies the local structure of the crane balance beam and formulates corresponding maintenance measures.It has been successfully applied in engineering practice and has completed the maintenance of the large crane balance beam of the 600t shipbuilding gantry crane with good results.
