摘 要:目前高校学生存在因人际交往能力障碍、自主学习能力不足、生活能力欠缺等造成的心理健康问题,同时,高等学校心理健康教育本身也存在认识上有误区、专职教师配备数量不足、水平较低等实际情况。解决高校心理健康教育存在的问题应该树立以人为本的理念,加强师资队伍建设,加强和谐校园建设。高校应该加大危机预防干预教育,做好与基础教育、家庭教育之间的衔接,并建立高校学生心理危机反应机制。全方位加强高校学生心理健康教育及建立心理健康预防机制势在必行。At present, college students have mental health problems caused by obstacles in interpersonal communication ability, insufficient self-learning ability and insufficient living ability. At the same time, there are also some misunderstandings in college mental health education, such as inadequate number of full-time teachers, low level and so on. To solve these problems, colleges and universities should establish the people-oriented concept, strengthen the constructions of teachers and harmonious campus, strengthen crisis prevention and intervention education, link up with basic education and family education, and establish a psychological crisis response mechanism for college students. It is imperative to strengthen students’ mental health education in all aspects and to establish a mental health prevention mechanism.
