摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在为高校图书馆开展社会服务提供参考。[方法/过程]以宁波职业技术学院图书馆为例,从经费投入、管理体制、资源共享、人才队伍4个方面分析了其开展社会服务的优势,探讨高职院校图书馆开展社会服务的有效途径和方式,阐述了近5年来该馆开展社会服务的模式和实践情况。[结果/结论]该馆建立和完善了面向社会服务的制度体系,开创了“制度+资源+空间+服务”一体化运作模式,并根据日常工作中遇到的问题提出有效解决方法和治理途径,推动了高校图书馆面向社会开放的进程。[Purpose/significance] The paper is to provide references for university library to carry out social services.[Method/process] The paper takes Ningbo Polytechnic Library as an example, analyzes its advantages of carrying out social services from four aspects of fund investment, management system, resource sharing and talent team, discusses the effective ways and means of carrying out social services in higher vocational college library, and expounds the pattern and practice of developing social services in Ningbo Polytechnic Library in recent five years.[Result/conclusion] The library establishes and perfects a system oriented to social services, creates an integrated operation mode of “system + resources + space + service”, puts forward the effective solutions and governance approaches according to the problems encountered in daily work, and promotes the opening of university libraries to the society.
