摘　　要：目的:探讨自制鼓膜穿刺器对减轻耳内镜下鼓膜穿刺术中患者疼痛程度的应用效果。方法:80例行耳内镜下鼓膜穿刺手术的分泌性中耳炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用0.9 mm×90 mm的一次性麻醉用针进行穿刺,观察组采用自制的鼓膜穿刺器进行穿刺。比较两组患者术中疼痛情况及医护人员使用满意度。结果:观察组患者术中疼痛主要为轻度疼痛,疼痛程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的医护人员使用满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自制鼓膜穿刺器制作简单,使用方便,可以有效减轻患者疼痛程度,减少术后并发症及后遗症。Objective: To investigate the effect of self-made tympanic membrane puncture apparatus on reducing the pain degree of patients undergoing tympanum puncture under ear endoscope. Methods: 80 cases of secretory otitis media were selected and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group(40 cases each). The control group was punctured by 0.9 mm×90 mm disposable anesthetic needle, and the observation group was punctured by self-made tympanic membrane puncture apparatus. Intraoperative pain and medical staff satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The pain in the observation group was mainly mild, and the pain level was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction of medical staff in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions: The self-made tympanic membrane puncture device is simple and convenient to use. It can effectively reduce the degree of pain in patients, reduce postoperative complications and sequelae, so it is worth popularizing.
