摘　　要：目的:提高急性睾丸扭转诊治水平。方法:分析2016年至2018年3例急性睾丸扭转误诊病例资料。结果:3例患者均未第一时间诊断为睾丸扭转,误诊为睾丸或附睾炎及急性阑尾炎,确诊后均行患侧睾丸切除加健侧睾丸固定术。结论:急性睾丸扭转是泌尿外科常见急症,首诊错误耽误治疗时间是导致睾丸丢失的主要原因之一。Objective: To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of testiculartorsion. Methods: From 2016 to 2018, 3 cases of misdiagnosis of acute testicular torsion were analyzed. Results: 3 cases were not diagnosed at the first time as testicular torsion and underwent orchiectomy on the affected side and testicular fixation on the contralateral side. Conclusions: Acute testicular torsion is a common emergency in urology. Misdiagnosis of the first diagnosis is the main cause of testicular loss. Early correct diagnosis and early treatment of acute testicular torsion can restore testicular blood flow and preserve testicular function.
