循证护理在原发性肝癌围手术期患者健康教育中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于循证的护理模式对肝癌患者围手术期健康教育的影响。方法:选取原发性肝癌需经手术治疗的患者98例,采用数字随机抽样法,分为观察组及对照组各49例,对照组采用外科常规护理;观察组在常规护理基础上,采用基于循证的护理模式,通过查阅文献、网络信息,对证据进行分析、总结,归纳出标准化护理措施,再对护理效果进行评价。结果:对照组基本情况得分、专科知识、出院指导、总知晓得分为(24.80±1.87)分、(34.0±3.59)分、(10.3±1.49)分、(84.3±4.81)分;观察组基本情况得分、专科知识、出院指导、总知晓得分为(31.5±2.17)分、(41.4±2.76)分、(13.5±1.72)分、(94.1±1.79)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组满意度为93.9%,明显高于对照组满意度71.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:循证护理方法对提高原发性肝癌围手术期患者健康教育有积极意义,且在拓宽护理内涵及培养专科护士上有重要意义。Objective: To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on health education in perioperative period of liver cancer patients. Methods: 98 cases with liver cancer treated surgically were selected. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 49 cases in each group, the control group using conventional surgical nursing;the observation group based on routine nursing,using evidence-based nursing mode based on, through literature, network information, analysis and summary of evidence, summed up the standardized nursing measures, and then evaluate the effect of nursing care. Results: In the control group, the score of basic specialty knowledge and discharge guidance, the total awareness score was 24.80±1.87, 34±3.59, 10.3±1.49, 84.3±4.81;in the observation group, the score of basic specialty knowledge and discharge guidance, the total awareness score was 31.5±2.17, 41.4±2.76, 13.5±1.72, 94.1±1.79, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the observation group satisfaction was 93.9%, significantly higher than that of the control group satisfaction 71.4%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion: Evidence-based nursing is of great significance in improving health education for patients with primary liver cancer during perioperative period,and it is of great significance in widening the connotation of nursing and training specialist nurses.
