摘　　要：习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想丰富和发展了当代马克思主义政治经济学,构成了一个系统完整、特色鲜明的科学理论体系,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。为深入学习习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想,探讨研究新时代中国特色社会主义政治经济学,首都经济学家论坛第16次学术讨论会以“新中国70年中国特色社会主义的经济理论与实践”为主题,于2019年4月20日在西安财经学院举行。与会专家学者围绕习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想、马克思主义政治经济学基本原理、新中国70年经济理论的创新与发展、“一带一路”与人类命运共同体的构建、《资本论》与新中国经济70年等进行了交流研讨,取得了研讨成果和学术共识。Xi Jinping’s socialist economic thoughts is an important part of Xi Jinping’s socialist thoughts with Chinese characteristics in the new era, which enrich and develop the Marxist political economy, and constitutes a complete and distinctive scientific theoretical system. In order to further study Xi Jinping’s socialist economic thoughts with Chinese characteristics in the new era, the 16th annual meeting of the Capital Economists Forum was held at Xi’an University of Finance and Economics. The theme of the forum is the economic theory and practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the past 70 years.Experts and scholars at the meeting exchanged and discussed on relevant topics, such as Xi Jinping’s new socialist economic thoughts with Chinese characteristics, the basic principles of Marx’s political economy, the innovation and development of the 70 year economic theory of new China, the construction of the community of "one belt and one road" and the fate of human beings, and 70 Years of New China’s Economy,and achieved research results and academic consensus.
