摘 要:为实现海水原位总磷总氮传感器的微光信号检测,设计了基于正交同步检波功能的电路,分别对完全消解、显色后的海水样品进行不同波长条件下分光光度测量。对不同波长LED进行调制和信号的I/V转换,正交同步检波电路完成微光信号检测;经A/D转换,低通滤波电路后输入单片机进行处理;通过数字滤波算法进行平滑降噪处理,实现原位海水总磷总氮传感器的微光信号检测。实验表明:基于该电路的传感器具有精度高、稳定性好,抗干扰能力强、功耗低等优点。In order to detect the low-light signal of the total phosphorus and nitrogen sensor in situ in seawater,a circuit based on the function of orthogonal synchronous wave detection was designed.The completely dissolved and colored sea water samples with different wavelengths were measured by spectrophotometry.Different wavelength LED was modulation and signal was I/V conversed,orthogonal synchronization detection circuit completed low-light signal detection.After A/D conversion,the low-pass filter circuit is input into the single-chip microcomputer for processing.The low-light signal detection of total phosphorus and nitrogen sensor in situ is realized by smoothing noise reduction by digital filtering algorithm.Experiments show that the sensor based on this circuit has the advantages of high precision,good stability,strong anti-interference ability and low power consumption.
