摘 要:为了解决工业领域对钢板以及大管径管道厚度实时精确测量的需要,设计了一种基于ARM的便携式超声测厚仪。该测厚仪以高性能ARM8、FPGA为控制核心,利用超声检测电路对回波信号进行深度分析处理,结合高速A/D转换器实现对厚度的精度测量。实验结果表明:该便携式测厚仪具有稳定性好、实时性高、检测效率高等优点,测厚仪分辨力达到0.1 mm。In order to solve the need of accurate measurement of the thickness of steel plate and large pipe diameter pipe in industry,a portable ultrasonic thickness gauge based on ARM was designed.The thickness gauge was controlled by high performance ARM8 and FPGA,and the echo signal was deeply analyzed by ultrasonic detection circuit,and the precision measurement of thickness was realized by combining high-speed A/D converter.The practical experimental results show that the portable thickness gauge is with good stability,high real-time performance,high detection efficiency,etc.The thickness gauge resolution is of 0.1 mm.
