摘　　要：针对传统汽轮机汽道宽度测量仪存在精度低、体积大等缺点,设计了一种便携式汽轮机汽道宽度测量系统。该系统以嵌入式系统为核心,利用电位器式微型位移传感器检测汽道宽度,将汽道宽度的变化量转换为传感器输出电压的变化量,通过对电压的分析与处理,间接实现对汽轮机汽道宽度的测量。在上位机中实现对每次测量数据的存储以及查询等功能。实际测试结果表明,系统能准确测量汽轮机汽道宽度,且测量精度高,绝对误差小于0.05 mm。Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional steam turbine steam width measuring instrument,such as low precision and large volume,a portable steam turbine width measurement system was designed.The system took the embedded system as the core,used the potentiometer type miniature displacement sensor to detect the width of the steam passage,converted the variation of the width of the steam passage into the variation of the output voltage of the sensor,and measured the width of steam turbine passage indirectly through the analysis and processing of the voltage.The function of storing and querying each measurement data was realized in the upper computer.The actual test results show that the system can accurately measure the steam turbine width of the turbine,and the measurement accuracy is high,and the maximum error is less than 0.05 mm.
