摘  要:文中设计了基于TDC7200超声测温系统,其对飞行时间的测量分辨率能达到ns级。通过对TDC1000的设计来作为超声波收发单元,使其电路更加简单可靠,测量范围更宽。实现了测温系统的软硬件设计,同时对声波传输中的干扰因素进行分析并提出了有效的解决方法。通过实验证明了该系统可以准确可靠地完成空间温度场的测量。Based on TDC7200 ultrasonic temperature measurement system,the resolution of flight time measurement can reach ns level. By designing the TDC1000 as an ultrasonic transceiver unit,the circuit was simpler and more reliable,and the measurement range was wider. The hardware and software design of the temperature measurement system was realized. At the same time,the interference factors in the acoustic wave transmission were analyzed and some effective solutions were proposed. The experiment proves that the system can complete the measurement of space temperature field accurately and reliably.
