摘 要:针对时栅信号处理系统存在软件编程复杂、系统研发周期长等问题,搭建了一套基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器平台的时栅信号采集分析系统,通过模块化建模,将信号采集、数据处理、结果显示与保存集成于同一个上位机程序中,由硬件触发方式实现定点采样,并使用小波变换进行降噪处理,以消除原始信号的零位偏移现象。以72对极的磁场式时栅为测试对象,进行了验证工作,结果表明该系统可以在实验转台的转速为8 r/min时实现将整周误差峰峰值降为3.43″的传感器输出采样。For the current time-gating signal processing system has complex software programming, long system development cycle and other issues, a time-gating signal acquisition and analysis system based on LabVIEW virtual instrument platform was set up, through the modular modeling, the signal acquisition, data processing, the results display and save were integrated in the same host computer program, fixed-point sampling was achieved by hardware triggering, and the wavelet transform was used for noise reduction processing to eliminate the zero offset of the original signal. The 72-pole magnetic field time grid was used as the test object, and the verification work was carried out. The results show that the system can realize the sensor output sampling with the error peak-to-peak value of the whole week reduced to 3.43″ when the rotating speed of the experimental turntable is 8 r/min.
