摘  要:目的探讨经颅多普勒超声联合颈动脉彩超对糖尿病脑血管病诊断的应用价值体会。方法选取2015年5月至2018年7月进入我院进行治疗的患有糖尿病脑血管病的患者150例作为研究对象,对比观察三组患者检查出现的阳性检出率。结果三组患者在经过检查之后,A组患者的异常检出率明显高出B组与C组,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病程在<3年、3~5年和5~10年的患者,A组的异常检出率明显高于B组与C组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。然而病程在10年以上的患者,A组、B组、C组三组异常检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经颅多普勒超声联合颈动脉彩超对糖尿病脑血管病诊断,具有比较高的异常检出率,在早期诊断中具有非常重要的意义,因此值得在临床的糖尿病脑血管病诊断中进行推广和使用。Objective To investigate the value of transcranial Doppler ultrasound combined with carotid artery ultrasonography in the diagnosis of diabetic cerebrovascular disease.Methods A total of 150 patients with diabetic cerebrovascular disease who were admitted to our hospital from May to May 20, 2015 were selected as subjects.The positive detection rate of the three groups was compared.Results After the three groups of patients were examined,the abnormal detection rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group B and group C.The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).In patients with disease durations of <3 years,3-5 years,and 5-10 years,the abnormal detection rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group B and group C,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the abnormal detection rate between the three groups (P >0.05).Conclusion Transcranial Doppler ultrasound combined with carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound has a relatively high rate of abnormal detection in the diagnosis of diabetic cerebrovascular disease.It is of great significance in early diagnosis and therefore worthy of promotion in the diagnosis of clinical diabetic cerebrovascular disease and use.
