前瞻性细节化护理干预对老年髋部骨折手术患者术后褥疮发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的观察老年髋部骨折手术患者应用前瞻性细节化护理干预对褥疮的预防效果。方法选取2017年9月-2018年9月我院100例老年髋部骨折患者,依据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=50)与对照组(n=50)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施前瞻性细节化护理干预,比较2组术后褥疮发生率、满意度。结果观察组术后褥疮发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年髋部骨折患者,给予前瞻性细节化护理可减少术后褥疮的出现,提高护理满意度。Objective To observe the effect of prospective detailed nursing intervention in senile patients with hip fracture. Methods 100 senile patients with hip fracture in the hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50)by random number table. Control group was given routine nursing, and observation group was given prospective detailed nursing intervention. The incidence of postoperative pressure ulcer and satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative pressure ulcer in observation group was lower than that that in control group, while the nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Prospective detailed nursing intervention for senile patients with hip fracture can reduce postoperative pressure ulcer and increase nursing satisfaction.
