摘 要:优化军队转业干部安置考试工作是一个理论性和实践性都很强的课题。结合军队转业干部安置考试工作的重要性,在充分调查研究的基础上,阐述了当前山东省军队转业干部安置考试工作中存在的突出问题,如笔试基础工作亟待完善、没有统一规范的试题命制标准、选拔人才的精准度尚需提高、军转干部笔试成绩和军龄的赋分比例需进一步调整等。在分析问题和成因的基础上,进一步指出了军转干部安置考试工作优化的路径,提出了实现工作优化的五点基本建议。希望可以在坚持公开、平等、竞争、择优的用人原则基础上,积极推进军转干部安置科学化、规范化、制度化,更好地实现人才资源的合理配置、加强国防和军队建设、促进国家经济和社会发展。It is a very theoretical and practical subject to optimize the resettlement examination for demobilized officers(REDO).Based on the importance of REDO and full investigation,this paper discusses such problems as the much-needed perfection of the basic work of the written test,lack of unified test formulation standard,the imprecision of talent selection,and the improper scoring of military seniority in proportion to the written test scores.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes,this paper further points out the way to optimize the resettlement examination for demobilized officers,and puts forward five basic suggestions for the optimization of the work.It is hoped that on the basis of the principles of openness,equality,competition and selection of the best personnel,we can actively promote the scientific,standardized and institutionalized resettlement of demobilized officers,better achieve the rational allocation of human resources,strengthen national defense and military construction,and promote the country's economic and social development.
