摘 要:为选择适用于500~700K中温热管的工质,开展了中温热管工质选型研究。通过分析国内外研究情况与材料物性分析,得出碱金属单质铯及铷较为适合非重力环境使用。对三根不同规格碱金属工质中温热管开展启动与升温试验研究,得到所研制中温热管的启动温度约500K,在500~700K温度范围内能够稳定升温并正常工作。In order to study the working fluids suitable for medium temperature heat pipes of 500~700K,the research on the selection of medium temperature heat pipe working fluids was carried out.By analyzing the research situation at home and abroad and the analysis of material properties,it is concluded that alkali metal cesium and rubidium are more suitable for space environment use.Through the start-up and temperature rise test of three mediumtemperature alkali metal heat pipes with different size,the starting temperature of the medium-temperature heat pipe is approximately 500K,and it can stably heat up and work normally in the temperature range of 500~700K.
