摘　　要：新科技革命推动了新工科建设,新工科建设对工业设计专业的发展和人才培养都提出了新的挑战。文章首先分析了工业设计专业与新工科建设的关系,其次分析了在新工科建设背景下工业设计专业人才培养面临的挑战,最后从“专兼结合”的培养目标、与时俱进的课程内容、成果导向的教学理念、丰富多彩的教学方法四个方面提出了新工科背景下的工业设计人才培养模式的改革方案。The new scientific and technological revolution has promoted the construction of new engineering,and the new engineering construction has brought new challenges to the development of industrial design and talent cultivation.The paper analyzes the relationship between industrial design and new engineering construction,and then analyzes the challenges faced by industrial design professionals in the context of new engineering construction.Finally,the paper puts forward the reform plan of talent cultivation mode in industrial design under the background of new engineering from the "special and combined" training objectives,the curriculum of advancing with the times,the results-oriented teaching philosophy,and colorful teaching methods.
