摘　　要：图书馆的建设是教育事业发展的重要组成部分,其中图书馆阅览室是图书馆直接面对读者,并给读者提供阅读场所的重要组成部分,其服务和管理工作是保障图书馆运行质量和读者阅读环境的重要工作。当为图书馆建设专门的阅览室以后,图书馆的功能得到了有效地扩大,不仅能借书、还书,还能给人们提供更舒适安逸的阅读环境和服务。阅览室属于图书馆的基础服务设施之一,是图书馆为读者在馆内阅读书籍而专门设立的场所。一般来说,图书馆的阅览室由三部分组成:普通阅览室、专门阅览室以及参考研究室三种类型,而随着信息时代的发展,越来越多的图书馆设立了更为先进、方便快捷的电子阅览室。然而,从当前的情况来看,很多图书馆在建设阅览室的过程中仍然存在一些问题,影响了图书馆阅览室功能的体现和发挥,也影响了读者在图书馆阅览室的服务体验。The construction of library is an important part of the development of education career,among which the library reading room is an important part of the library directly facing readers and providing reading places for readers.Its service and management work is an important work to guarantee the quality of library operation and the environment for readers to read.When the construction of a special reading room for the library,the function of the library has been effectively expanded,no longer only borrow books,return books,but also to provide people with a more comfortable and comfortable reading environment and services.The reading room belongs to one of the basic service facilities of the library,which is a special place set up by the library for readers to read books in the library.Generally speaking,the reading roomof the library consists of three parts:ordinary reading room,special reading room and reference research room.With the development of the information age,more and more libraries have set up more advanced, convenient and fast electronic reading room.However,from the current situation,there are still some problems in the construction of reading rooms in many libraries,which have affected the embodiment and play of the functions of library reading rooms and the service experience of readers in library reading rooms.
