摘 要:目的:探讨PBL与LBL相结合的实习带教方法在妇科实习带教工作中的效果.方法:选取滨州医学院2014级本科生在临沂市中医院参加妇科临床实习学生60人,采用随机分组法分为两组,其中采用LBL方案组30人,采用PBL+LBL方案组30人.两组学生一般情况无明显差异(P>0.05).通过统计学生实习结束时的理论、技能、病例分析得分以及反馈的对带教满意度测评来评估带教效果.结果:参与PBL+LBL教学组各能力提高程度和满意度均明显高于LBL组(P<0.05).技能操作出科考核成绩与病例分析出科考核成绩PBL+LBL组均明显高于LBL组(P<0.05).结论:PBL+LBL教学法有利于提高妇科实习学生学习效果,提高妇科临床带教质量以及提升带教满意度.Objective:To explore the effect of combination of PBL and LBL in gynecological practice teaching. Methods:sixty undergraduates of grade 2014 of Binzhou Medical University were enrolled in clinical practice of gynecology in Chinese Medicine Hospital in Linyi City.They were randomly divided into two groups:LBL group (n=30) and PBL LBL group (n=30).There was no significant difference in the general situation between the two groups (P>0.05).The effect of teaching was evaluated by counting students' theory,skills,case analysis scores and feedback evaluation of satisfaction with teaching at the end of the practice.Results:The satisfaction degree of ability improvement in PBL+LBL teaching group was significantly higher than that in LBL group (P<0.05).The results of skill operation and case analysis in PBL+LBL group were significantly higher than those in LBL group (P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL+LBL teaching method is beneficial to improve the study effect,improve the quality of gynecological clinical teaching and improve the satisfaction of gynecological practice students.
