中西医结合治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨给予慢性肾衰竭患者西药联合中药尿毒清颗粒剂治疗的临床效果。方法:选取78例慢性肾衰竭患者,按随机数字法分为对照组和观察组各38例,分别给予常规西医、西医+尿毒清颗粒剂治疗,观察患者肾功能改善等情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者BUN、Scr、UA水平和症状积分均显著低于对照组;Ccr水平和治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:选用中药尿毒清颗粒剂联合西药方案治疗慢性肾衰竭,可使患者症状、肾功能获得更大程度的改善,疗效更理想。Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine Niaoduqing granule in the treatment of patients with chronic renal failure. Methods: Seventy-eight patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 38 cases each. All the patients were treated with routine western medicine, and besides the observation group was treated with Niaoduqing granule and the improvement of renal function was observed. Results: After treatment, the levels of BUN, Scr and UA and the symptom scores were significantly lower while the levels of Ccr and the total effective rate were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The patient’s symptoms and renal function can be improved to a greater extent and the total curative effect is better by the combination therapy.
