摘　　要：1,25二羟维生素D3[1,25(OH)2D3]是人体内VitD3的活性形式,主要参与钙磷代谢。越来越多研究显示1,25(OH)2D3在免疫调节中发挥重要作用,其减少或缺乏与多种自身免疫性疾病相关,而补充1,25(OH)2D3可以有效预防和治疗某些自身免疫性疾病。本文就1,25(OH)2D3的免疫调节和在自身免疫性疾病的研究新进展作一综述。1,25 dihydroxy vitamin D3 is an active form of VitD3 in human body,mainly involved in calcium and phosphorus metabolism.More and more studies have shown that 1,25 (OH) 2D 3 plays an important role in immune regulation,its reduction or absence is related to varieties of autoimmune diseases,and supplement 1,25 (OH) 2D 3 can effectively prevent and treat certain Autoimmune disease.This article reviews the recent advances in immunoregulation of 1,25 (OH) 2D 3 and studies in autoimmune diseases.
