摘 要:目的分析老年骨质疏松患者的知识了解、自我管理能力及生活质量。方法选取我院收治的180例老年骨质疏松患者,对其骨质疏松知识、健康信念、自我效能及生活质量予以调查。结果 180例老年骨质疏松患者调查结果显示,骨质疏松知识总分为(14.64±2.02)分,骨质疏松健康信念总分为(135.22±10.94)分,骨质疏松自我效能总分为(95.21±13.94)分,生活质量总分为(70.85±6.48)分。结论对老年骨质疏松患者进行有效且针对性的康复教育,在营造良好生活方式的前提下,预防或减少骨质疏松、脆性骨折事件,改善患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the knowledge, self-management and quality of life of elderly patients with osteoporosis. Methods 180 elderly patients with osteoporosis were selected to investigate their osteoporosis knowledge, health belief, self efficacy and quality of life. Results The results showed that the total score of osteoporosis knowledge was(14.64±2.02), the total score of osteoporosis health belief was(135.22±10.94), osteoporosis self-efficacy was(95.21±13.94), osteoporosis knowledge was(14.64±2.02), osteoporosis health belief was(135.22±10.94), quality of life was(70.85±6.48). Conclusion In order to prevent or reduce osteoporosis and brittle fracture events and improve the quality of life of patients with osteoporosis, rehabilitation education should be carried out effectively and pertinently on the premise of creating a good life style.
