玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝关节退行性骨关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节退行性骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院门诊膝关节退行性骨关节炎患者127例151个关节,给予关节腔内玻璃酸钠注射治疗,观察患者治疗前后症状和体征的变化,并根据改善程度评估疗效。结果本组患者治疗的总有效率为96.68%;随访6个月,81.46%未出现关节疼痛,53.33%未出现任何不适;所有病例均未发现不良反应。结论采用关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠,对治疗膝关节退行性骨关节炎简便、有效,具有广阔临床应用前景。Objective To observe the clinical effects of sodium hyaluronate on degenerative osteoarthritis of knee joint. Methods 127 patients with degenerative osteoarthritis of the knee in our hospital were selected and treated with sodium hyaluronate injection in the articular cavity. The changes of symptoms and signs were observed before and after the treatment,and the curative effect was evaluated according to the improvement degree. Results The total effective rate was 96.68%.Followed up for 6 months, 81.46%showed no joint pain and 53.33% showed no discomfort. No adverse effects were found in all cases. Conclusions Injection of sodium hyaluronate into the articular cavity is simple and effective for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.
