摘　　要：本文应用C-D生产函数模型,对我国建筑业资本投入、劳动力投入、技术进步与总产出的关系进行分析。研究结果表明,资本、劳动力投入的增加以及技术的进步对我国建筑业总产出起促进作用,其中社会综合技术进步因素的影响作用最大;我国建筑业已逐渐走上内涵式发展道路,但仍处于规模报酬微增长阶段,还需要进一步调整产业结构,尽快转变到高质量的产业发展阶段。This paper applies C-D production function model to analyze the relationship between capital input,labor input,technological progress and total output of construction industry in China.The result shows that the increase of capital and labor input as well as technological progress promote the total output of construction industry in China,of which the social comprehensive technological progress factors have the greatest impact.Construction industry of China has gradually embarked on the road of connotative development,but it is still in the stage of micro-growth of scale returns.It is necessary to further adjust the industrial structure and shift to the stage of high-quality development as soon as possible.
