摘　　要：日常办公中往往会遇到有些同类相似的Word文档,其中大部分内容相同,只有极少部分内容是有区别的。基于这种情况,用Microsoft Office Word的“保护文档”功能制作一款既具有固定性(不可编辑区域)又具有互动性(可编辑区域)且带有一定标准的通用型Word文档模板,供大家使用。不但提高了科技管理标准化程度,还缩短了Word文档的完成过程。In my daily work, I often encounter some similar Word documents, most of which are the same, but only a few of them are different. In this case, Microsoft Office Word's “protect documents” function is used to make a general Word document template that is both fixed (non-editable area) and interactive (editable area) with certain standards for everyone to use. It not only improves the standardization of technology management, but also shortens the process of Word document completion.
