摘　　要：把5万m^3转炉煤气柜控制系统信号引到10万m^3柜主控室,增加监控通道、烟感报警装置、现场点巡检装置、四路监控视频,两个主控室合并为一个,集中管理,减少人员编制9人,修订相应管理制度,加大考核力度,达到了减员增效的目的。The control system signal of 50 000 m^3 converter gasholder was introduced into the master-control room of 100 000 m^3 gasholder with a monitoring channel,smoke sensor warning device,field spot check device and four-route monitoring video added,to combine the two control rooms for concentrated management,which had reduced staff by 9 people and achieved the goal of payroll cut and efficiency improvement after related management system was drawn up and increasing the intensity of assessment.
