摘　　要：湘钢4#高炉TRT发电机组出现了三次振动故障:TRT转子碰磨引起的轴振波动,发电机转子油膜涡动,尾部短轴中心不正引起的倍频振动。通过调整密封间隙、修刮轴瓦接触角、重新找正中心,机组振动故障得到了及时治理,保证了机组的安全稳定运行。The No.4 blast furnace TRT power generator of Xiangtan Steel suffered three vibration faults,i.e.vibration fluctuation of shaft caused by TRT rotor rubbing,oil membrane whirl of generator rotor and frequency-doubling vibration caused by center malalignment of the tail short-axis.Through adjustment of sealing gap,scraping repair of the bearing bushing contact angle and realignment of the center,the vibration faults were treated in time,which has ensured safe and stable operation of the generator unit.
