摘　　要：针对制造执行系统MES在生产计划排程方面的不足,马钢公司引入高级排程系统即APS系统。论述了面向APS系统的MES系统改造方案及实现,从计划管理、生产管理、质量管理、库存管理、发货管理方面分别进行说明,最终实现了APS系统与MES及ERP系统的整合上线,提高了计划排程工作的效率和准确性,有效降低了企业生产成本。MaSteel introduced advanced scheduling system APS to solve the problem of insufficiency of the manufacturing execution system MES in production scheduling.The modification program of the APS-oriented MES system and its implementation were discussed and explained from the aspects of planning management,production management, quality management,storage management and delivery management.Online integration of APS with MES and ERP systems was finally achieved,which improved the efficiency and precision of planning and scheduling as well as effectively reduced production cost.
