摘  要:文中基于制备简易、与道路环境相适性较好的设计原则,通过车辙试验仪,对比了三种不同封装方法下压电俘能元件的电学输出特性及使用情况,确定一种以MC尼龙和环氧树脂电子灌封胶为主要保护材料的路面压电俘能装置,该装置在MTS机1Hz、72kN的荷载作用下,变形值最大仅为0.398mm,小于高速公路最大弯沉值1.5mm的要求。最后对比分析了国内外几种典型的封装方式,文中所提出的封装方案具有较高的推广应用价值。In this paper, based on the principle of simple preparation and good compatibility with the road environment, three kinds of packaging methods of piezoelectric energy harvester elements were compared through the wheel-tracking device. Furthermore, a kind of MC nylon and epoxy resin is determined as the main protective materials for the piezoelectric energy-harvesting device. Under the load of 1Hz and 72kN of MTS machine, the maximum value of deformation is only 0.398mm, which is less than the maximum deflection value of the highway. Finally, several typical packaging methods at home and abroad were compared and analyzed, from which the packaging scheme proposed in this paper has a high promotion and application value.
