摘 要:文中以哈尔滨市松北区创新路附近的严寒地区绿色建筑研发大厦为实际案例,借鉴装配式混凝土结构中成熟的施工工艺,对装配式清水混凝土节能复合墙板的制作与安装技术进行了探讨性介绍。该大厦建成投入使用后,经过近三年的全天候考验,显示了良好的综合性能。文中介绍的装配式清水混凝土节能复合墙板制作与安装技术源于科学设计和实际案例,综合性能好,可操性强,契合节能环保理念,可在严寒地区框架和框剪结构的新建建筑中广泛应用。The article is the exploratory introduction about the fabrication and erection technologies for prefabricated fair-faced concrete energy-saving composite wall panels,by providing the case study of the severe cold area green buildings research & development building sitting near the Chuangxin Street , Songbei District of Harbin City, while making reference to mature construction technology of prefabricated concrete structures. The Building has shown its good comprehensive performance under all-weather conditions for nearly 3 years since its construction completion. The fabrication and erection technologies introduced in this article are based on scientific design and practical cases. The technologies have good comprehensive performance and strong operability , in line with the ideas of energy saving and environmental protection, which can be widely applied to new buildings with frames & frame- shear structures in severe cold area.
