摘 要:目的:探讨PBL+LBL教学模式在临床医学本科生内分泌临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法:以2013级临床医学专业本科实习学生为对象,随机分为PBL+LBL教学组和传统教学组,通过理论考试和问卷调查方式,对临床内分泌学实习教学效果进行对比分析。结果:PBL+LBL教学组理论测试成绩和学生满意度调查均明显高于传统教学LBL组,PBL+LBL教学方法能够提高学生的学习兴趣、学习效率、提高学生临床分析与解决实际问题能力和团结合作能力。结论:PBL+LBL教学法有利于提高教学效果和学生综合素质,有必要在临床内分泌科实习教学中推广和应用。Objective: To explore the application effect of PBL+LBL teaching model in endocrine clinical practice teaching of clinical medical undergraduates.Methods: Undergraduate students of clinical medicine major in 2013 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into PBL+LBL group and traditional LBL group.The teaching effect of clinical endocrinology practice was compared by means of theoretical examination and questionnaire survey.Results: The results of theory test and student satisfaction survey in PBL+LBL group were significantly higher than those in traditional LBL group.PBL+LBL teaching method can improve students' interest in learning, learning efficiency, students' ability of clinical analysis and solving practical problems, and their ability of solidarity and cooperation.Conclusion: PBL+LBL teaching method can improve the teaching effect and students' comprehensive quality.
