摘 要:通过硅氢加成法合成八(三甲氧基硅乙基)笼形倍半硅氧烷(OPS),将其作为耐热助剂制备OPS/乙烯基硅橡胶复合材料,研究OPS用量对硅橡胶复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:与乙烯基硅橡胶相比,OPS/乙烯基硅橡胶复合材料的初始分解温度明显提高,耐热性能改善;当OPS用量为9份时,复合材料的耐热老化性能较优,拉伸强度和剪切强度较高。The octa(trimethoxysilylethyl)silsesquioxane(OPS)was synthesized by hydrosilation and was applied as heat resistant additive in OPS/vinyl silicone rubber composites.The effect of OPS amount on the properties of the composites was investigated.The results showed that,the initial decomposition temperature and heat resistance of the composites were significantly improved with vinyl silicone rubber.When the OPS amount was 9 phr,the heat resistance of the composites was better,and the tensile strength and shear strength were high.
