摘　　要：[目的/意义]涉军网络舆情态势趋向是军队建设与发展的重要基础和保障,治理路径探析符合军队安全的范畴,是对军队治理体系和治理能力的集中体现。[方法/过程]以新媒体时期涉军网络舆情面临的机遇与挑战为切入点,运用案例研究的方法,以“老虎团涉嫌猥亵幼童”事件为例,分别从舆情爆发期、转折期和消退期三个阶段进行舆情回顾。[结果/结论]结合此事件凸显涉军舆情的“三类矛盾”属性具体分析舆情治理困境生成的原因,为网络涉军治理工作在今后的优化方向作出一个清晰的定位。提出优化网络涉军治理路径的几点思考。[Purpose/Significance]The New Media is the expansion of physical space, and the network public opinion is the reflection of realistic public opinion. The trend of public opinion related to online military contents is an important foundation and guarantee for military construction and development, and the analysis of its governance approach plays a significant role in the military security, the concentrated embodiment of military governance system and governance ability.[Method/Process]From the perspective of New Media, the paper focuses on the opportunities and challenges faced with the military-related public opinion management. And with both quantitative and qualitative methods, the paper studies the case "Tiger Regiment suspected of children molestation", to review the public opinion climate from three stages - outbreak, transition and receding period respectively.[Result/Conclusion]This paper highlights the "three contradictions" to probe into the reasons in public opinion governance, and a clear orientation is proposed for the future optimization. Finally, through theories of political science, management, journalism and communication, the paper analyzes the deficiencies and vulnerabilities in military-related public opinion management in the era of New Media in China and puts forward some thoughts on optimizing the governance approach.
