聚二炔酰胺/有机蒙脱土复合材料的热致可逆变色性能研究

摘  要:室温条件下以254nm波长的紫外灯照射层间插有乙二胺修饰的10,12-二十五碳二炔酸的有机蒙脱土,引发二炔酰胺单体聚合,得到蓝色聚N-(2-氨基乙基)-10,12-二十五碳二炔酰胺/有机蒙脱土(聚(PCDA-NH2)/OMMT)复合材料.采用红外光谱、X射线衍射、扫描电镜及热重分析对该复合材料的结构、形貌及热稳定性进行了表征.热致变色实验结果表明,该复合材料加热至100℃时,颜色由蓝变红,冷却后颜色变为棕色,在加热-冷却循环实验中,复合材料颜色在棕色与红色之间可逆转变,说明制备的复合材料具有热致可逆变色性能.The organic montmorillonite containing ethylenediamine modified 10,12-pentacosadiynoic acid was irradiated with ultraviolet light(λ=254 nm) to initiate polymerization of the diacetylamide monomer and to obtain blue poly(N-(2-aminoethyl)-10,12-pentacosodidiamide)/organic montmorillonite(poly(PCDA-NH 2)/OMMT)composites at roon temperature .The structure,morphology and thermal stability of composites were analyzed by FI-IR,XRD,SEM and TG.Thermochromic experiment results showed that the color of composites changed from blue to red when the poly(PCDA-NH 2)/OMMT composite was heated to 100 ℃.But when the temperature was cooled,the color of composites turned brown.In the heating-cooling cycle experiment,the color of composites can be reversed between brown and red.It indicated that the prepared composite has reversible thermochromic property.
