摘　　要：从我国改革开放促进市场经济发展以来,我国的民营企业就如雨后春笋般纷纷涌现市场。各个行业的民营企业纷纷在这个大浪潮下寻求发展,并且逐渐扩大,抢占我国这个巨大的市场份额。在这个时候,很多企业为了能够快速的占据有利地位,扩大自己的规模,往往会采取一定的策略去提高自己的竞争力,从而超过同行业的公司或者相关企业,进而实现企业的绩效增长。对于化工企业来说,生产规模大是最基本的特点,那么,如何提高自己企业的管理竞争力就成为了化工行业的决胜因素。所以,文章将基于当下化工企业的背景现状,通过分析管理竞争力对于化工企业的作用,进而提出提高化工企业管理竞争力的有效途径。Since China's reform and opening up to promote the development of market economy,China's private enterprises have sprung up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain. Private enterprises in various industries have sought development under this tide,and gradually expanded to seize the huge market share of our country. At this time,in order to quickly occupy a favorable position,many enterprises expand their own scale. many enterprises often adopt certain strategies to improve their competitiveness,so as to exceed the companies or related enterpris. es in the same industry,so as to realize the performance growth of the enterprises. For chemical enterprises,the large scale of production is the most basic characteristic,so how to improve their own enterprise's management competitiveness becomes the winning factor of the chemical industry. Therefore,based on the background status of chemical enterprises,this paper analyzes the role of management competitiveness on chemical enterprises,and then puts forward effective ways to improve the management competitiveness of chemical enterprises.
