摘  要:冷藏车中的蒸汽压缩式机械制冷机组,因为消耗汽车发动机的动力会使汽车能耗较高,并且汽车运行驱动、电能以及汽车空调的动力也会因此而减少。为了解决这一问题,文章提出了一种利用回收汽车发动机产生的废热,作为冷藏车制冷能源的制冷方式,这样不仅可以节能减排还能增加汽车的动力。通过对氨水吸收式制冷的运行过程、特点的分析和与传统冷藏车高能耗的制冷形式相比较,发现氨水吸收式制冷一种长期运行环保节能的制冷循环形式,并得出了可以在冷藏车中使用氨水吸收式制冷的结论。The steam compression mechanical refrigeration unit in a refrigerated truck consumes a high energy consumption of the automobile because of the consumption of the power of the automobile engine,and the driving force of the vehicle,the electric energy,and the power of the automobile air conditioner are also reduced.In order to solve this problem,a method of using the waste heat generated by the recovery of the automobile engine as the refrigeration energy of the refrigerated truck was proposed,so that not only the energy saving and the emission reduction but also the power of the automobile can be in- creased.Through the analysis of the operation process and characteristics of ammonia water absorption refrigeration and the comparison with the high energy consumption refrigeration mode of traditional refrigerated vehicles,it is found that ammonia water absorption refrigeration is a long-term operation environment-friendly and energy-saving refrigeration cycle form,and it can be obtained in refrigerated trucks.The conclusion of ammonia water absorption refrigeration used in the process.
