摘 要:为了有效避免螺旋焊管机组中焊垫辊设计不合理造成的错边、烧穿、内焊裂纹等焊接缺陷,同时满足小直径钢管生产工艺需求,通过对焊垫辊缸体和活塞杆的理论计算和有限元模拟,对焊垫辊缸体和活塞杆进行了重新设计。新设计的焊垫辊有效解决了焊垫辊放置空间不足的问题,很好地解决了Φ508mm以下小直径螺旋焊管生产过程中出现的工艺问题和焊接质量问题,取得了预期效果,获得了较好的焊缝质量。In order to effectively avoid welding defects such as the alternate edge, burning through and inside welding cracks caused by the unreasonable design of the bonding pad roll in the spiral welded pipe unit, and to meet the production requirements of the small diameter steel pipes, the cylinder block and the piston rod of the bonding pad roll were redesigned by the theoretical calculation and the finite element simulation. The newly designed bonding pad roll effectively solved the problem of the insufficient space for the bonding pad roll, and also the technical and welding quality problems during the production of the spiral steel pipe with the diameter less than Φ508 mm, and a better weld quality is achieved finally.
