摘  要:为了解决高频设备输出功率不足的问题,对影响HFW焊管生产线高频设备焊接效率的因素进行了分析,主要对磁棒阻抗器和感应线圈进行了分析和改进。通过采用性能更好、横截面更大的矩形磁棒替代原有的圆形磁棒,同时采用更小直径的感应线圈,配合生产工艺的调整,在相同生产条件下降低了焊接功率,使高频焊机的焊接效率得到提高。通过对原设备阻抗器和感应线圈的改进,提升了高频焊接设备对X65等高钢级厚壁管的生产能力。In order to solve the problem of the insufficient output power of the high-frequency equipment, the factors affecting the welding efficiency of high-frequency equipment in HFW pipe production line are analyzed. The magnetic rod impedor and induction coil are mainly analyzed and improved. By using a better rectangular magnetic rod with the larger cross-section instead of the circular magnetic rod, and adopting smaller diameter induction coil, the welding power is reduced under the same production conditions and the efficiency of the high frequency welder is improved with the adjustment of the production process. By improving the impedor and the induction coil of the original equipment, the production capacity of the high frequency welding equipment for X65 grade thick-walled pipe is increased.
