海洋生产立管应力单根设计与制造方法研究

摘　　要：为了攻克海洋生产立管应力单根的设计和制造技术,建立了应力单根的理论模型,采用材料力学经典理论推导了应力单根结构设计和强度校核公式,给出了应力单根的设计和计算方法,建立了三维有限元分析模型。有限元计算结果表明,最大应力出现在应力单根最上端的外表面,按照相关标准进行强度校核,结果满足标准要求。同时介绍了应力单根常用的材料及其适用范围、应力单根焊接方法、深孔加工设备等制造工艺以及应力单根内外表面的防腐措施。In order to conquer the design and manufacture technology of the marine production riser in marine production, the theoretical model of the stress single riser is established, the formula of the stress single riser structure design and the strength check is deduced by using the classical theory of the material mechanics, and the design and calculation method of the stress single riser are given. A three-dimensional finite element analysis model is established. The results of the finite element calculation show that the maximum stress appears on the outer surface at the top of the stress single riser and intensity check results meet the standard requirement. The materials and the application range for the stress single riser are introduced, the welding method of the stress single riser and the deep-hole processing equipment are studied, and the anti-corrosion measures for the internal and external surfaces of the stress single riser are discussed.
