摘 要:以40Cr为基材,利用电磁感应加热方式制备了Cr-Al共渗层,并对其进行了组织表征和性能测试。对比了感应加热Cr-Al共渗工艺和传统箱式炉加热Cr-Al共渗工艺,并探讨了感应加热Cr-Al共渗机理。实验结果表明,感应加热与箱式炉加热制得的Cr-Al共渗层的物相差异明显,感应加热后的主要产物为FeCr相;箱式炉加热后的主要产物为FeAl相,且氧化物较多。感应加热方式的扩散效率更高,渗层更厚,层厚约362 μm,渗层与基体的结合部分为合金珠光体与贫碳层;箱式炉加热制得的渗层厚度约为20 μm,渗层和基体交界处存在富碳区。Cr-Al共渗层能提高基体材料在H 2SO 4、Na 2 SO 4混合水溶液中的耐腐蚀性,且感应加热制得的Cr-Al共渗试样的耐NaCl腐蚀性远优于箱式炉加热制得的Cr-Al共渗试样与基体材料的耐NaCl腐蚀性。C hromaluminized layer was prepared by electromagnetic induction heating on the surface of the 40Cr steel. The microstructures and properties were carried out and compared with the traditional box type furnace. The difference between both processes and the mechanism of induction heating chromaluminizing were discussed. The results show that, the above two processes produced different phases. The induction heating layer is mainly composed of FeCr phase, while the box type furnace heating layer mainly presents FeAl phase and has more oxides. Induction heating has faster diffusion rate and thicker layer depth which is about 362 μm, and the bonding part between the layer and substrate is alloy pearlite accompanied by carbon deficiency. However, the thickness of the box type furnace layer is only 20 μm, and there is a rich carbon zone at the interface of the substrate and layer. Both chromaluminized layers can improve the corrosion resistance in the mixed aqueous solution of H 2SO 4 and Na 2 SO 4. Induction heating chromaluminized layer also indicates an improved corrosion resistance in NaCl compared with the box type furnace sample and substrate.
